Keynote Speaker: Rory Sutherland – Behavioural economics for eCommerce & Retail

In his incredible Keynote presentation, Rory Sutherland, explains how behavioural economics can empower retailers and eCommerce brands to better delight their customers. Instead, he proposes that businesses should focus on understanding and catering to the subjective needs and desires of their customers.
