Our growing collection of industry awards means that we have no shortfall of interest from finance, travel and eCommerce brands, so we’re now looking for our first Senior Sales Lead to support the process from the first contact through to the signing of contracts.


£40,000-£50,000 + commission

As Senior Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the qualification of inbound sales leads, and you will work with our marketing team to identify prospects that fit with our vision and values. We are embarking on a structured plan for agency growth and have built an aggressive but realisable growth plan to expand our customer footprint and our value delivered to each and every client.

Key skills

  • Demonstrable evidence of track record of sales success in the digital marketing industry
  • Experience with a complex, value-based sales process
  • Comfortable building relationships with C-suite executives, including CMOs
  • Understanding of SEO and the digital marketing landscape, and a keenness to learn about our way of working
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
  • An active listener with a close attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A curious and optimistic attitude
  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with Re:signal team members


  • Lead targeted campaigns that deliver on the growth aspirations of the Re:signal business
  • Understand and execute our value-based sales process
  • Drive and manage the sales process from initial prospects to closed and onboarded clients, including calendar scheduling and preparing pitch decks
  • Effectively manage and accurately forecast sales opportunities, maintaining up-to-date records in Hubspot
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis to the leadership team for the company board meeting
  • Actively engage and participate in company and industry events
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as defined by the business
